Pool Area Reservations Residents are using the swimming pool and recreation area on a regular basis now that the weather has warmed up. Residents and their guests are reminded to follow pool rules posted on the building and on the Stonegate Hill website. If you are planning a party at the pool or the recreation area, you must contact Spectrum Association to make reservations and to sign the lease contract and pay the refundable deposit prior to the event (Lease Agreement can be found in the HOA documents section link on left). NO private parties are allowed as the pool and rec areas are always open to our residents.
Playground equipment. We are very excited about the playground equipment. Please check out the photo gallery to see the pictures of both play areas.
82nd Texas Legislature– HOAs all over Texas are working to define and codify the changes from the 82nd Legislature and we’re no exception. These letters cover everything from rainwater recovery systems to solar energy devices. Once the letters have been approved and filed with Bexar County, they’ll be placed on the website and we’ll inform the neighborhood.
HOA Fees – It may come as surprise to many of you that at any time, the amount of delinquent fees is over $10,000.00. Overall collections are pretty much unchanged but homeowners should know that accounts two quarters past due can result in the filing of a lien and any accounts one quarter delinquent or more can result in loss of access to the common areas and pool card deactivation.
Oak Trimming Season – Oaks should ONLY be trimmed during the coldest time of year and all cuts and prunings must be immediately sealed with a commercial pruning seal to prevent Oak Wilt. Oak Wilt has the potential to kill every oak tree in our neighborhood and should not be taken lightly. Don’t trust your contractor to protect your trees; believe it or not many of them won’t so you have to demand they do so and do so immediately after the tree is pruned.
